Birthday & Celebration Pottery Workshops

From children to grown ups, come together and make something by hand.

A birthday or special occasion is a lovely reason to gather the people you care about and spend some time together. Our private pottery workshops offer something a little different to the usual celebration, a few unhurried hours to chat, laugh and make something together.

You might come for a workshop before dinner, meet afterwards for a meal, or simply make the pottery part of your day.

Everyone makes their own piece, creating something that becomes a reminder of time well spent with family and friends.

No pottery experience is needed. We'll guide you step by step and take care of the glazing and firing afterwards.

Private group workshops are available for 6 to 18 people, on a day and time that suits your group. Smaller groups are also welcome, with a minimum booking fee equivalent to six participants.

Your group has the studio to yourselves for the workshop.

A few things to know

Everything you need is provided, including clay, tools, materials and aprons. Our pottery workshops use simple hand building techniques, with no pottery wheel.

Your pottery isn't ready to take home on the day. It needs to dry, be bisque fired, glazed and glaze fired before it's ready to use. Please allow at least 8 weeks before your pottery is ready to collect.
