Additional Pieces
Additional Pieces
As you are creating you trim off excess clay that some people use to make additional pieces. This is absolutely fine. If you would like to keep them we am happy to fire and glaze these for you, we just ask you pay for the firings.
Firings are calculated based on weight; for example, a small dish 100mm across would cost between $10 to $12.
Nails + Jewellery

Long nails often mark the clay so you just need to do a little more tidying. There are some tricks to reduce nail marks that I will show you too.
Clay can get into rings, bracelets and onwatches so I recommend removing these to save you cleaning them after your pottery class.
Pottery Care
Pottery Care
Your pottery is suitable for microwave and dishwasher use. While it is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to minimise any potential dishwasher damage.
